Founded by Melissa Hughston - a seasoned project manager, solution-oriented implementor, hands-on leader, and a busy mom of five - BusyBee Hive is rooted in and blends decades of professional expertise with real-life know-how.
Melissa brings over 35 years of experience in marketing, event planning, project management, healthcare liaison roles, operations, training, onboarding, logistical strategy expertise, and heart-led service touching each project with integrity and results all while raising a large, blended family and running a household. She's led teams, managed complex logistics, and built trusted partnerships in the medical, corporate, and family sectors.
That's where the magic is: Melissa knows what busy feels like, because she's lived it. And she's built this business to help others find peace in the chaos. Melissa thrives at the intersection of compassion and execution.
Her Husband Phil brings the technology edge adding the technical backbone - a seasoned IT executive and Senior Director with decades of expertise in enterprise systems, operational improvement, and strategic technology leadership. He's led major infrastructure projects, streamlined operations, and built scalable tech solutions for large companies, and serviced individual clients along the way.
Together, Melissa and Phil offer a rare blend of executive-level problem solving with down-to- earth personal support. They provide a combination of heart, hustle, and high-level experience.
